About Us
Ty Parc is a residential care home located near Bargoed town centre, near to local shops, amenities and restaurants. The care home provides care and support for up to twelve people over 18 years of age. The service aims includes the provision of holistic, person-centred, high quality, care and support by engaging with people to identify personal goals and to provide structured support to enable people to achieve their goals.
We support our people to maintain a quality of life by delivering excellent quality care by providing active support to help people to live happy & healthy lifestyles, to rehabilitate from medical procedures or to develop further independent living skills.

Our team takes the time to develop relationships with the people living in our care.
At Ty Parc we provide a consistent staffing team and offer a daily structure that each person can respond positively to. Our team offer our residents a choice, in a manner that they can understand. We aim to inspire others, support aspirations and ensure each person is at the centre of the decisions made about them.
The model of care at Ty Parc is carefully thought out to meet the needs of each resident’s Care Plan and Person-Centred Plan. We then incorporate this into the daily routine of the home.
The heartbeat of our service is the consistent daily routine at Ty Parc. Each day begins with our staff supporting our residents to meet their personal care needs, if required.
